If you're seeing a screenshot like below, then you need to whitelist Stillio in your Cloudflare account. (Read below image for instructions.)

To prevent this from happening, you need to login to your Cloudflare account. If you go to the Firewall setting you can add our IP-addresses under "IP Firewall" and setting them to "whitelist" for "all your websites". See image below.
